| Nicotiana Clevelandii is a wild tobacco found in the arid regions of the Southwestern United States. N. Clevelandii was cultivated by Native Americans in the western states, along with the more wide spread N. Quadravalvis. It is very hardy and drought tolerant. Blooms appear about 3 weeks after transplanting. It continues to grow and produce beautiful trumpet shaped white flowers throughout the summer with occasional watering. This California native was grown from wild collect seed in San Luis Obispo county in 2011. |
