Tobaco Colorado is a primitive variety from Mexico. It has a pyramidal shape and grows to just over 4' in height. The leaves average 9" to 12" wide and up to 20" long. Suckers average 4-6 per plant before topping, with blooming occurring at 40-45 days. The dark green leaves turn a light yellow green when ripe and have a nicotine content of 3.75%. |
