| Bitlis is a low growing compact plant originally from Turkey that reaches a height of 2 to 2 1/2 feet on average. It begins blooming very early in 35-40 days, but continues to grow leaf which get larger in the weeks after. Leaves average 12 to 14 per plant, ranging from 10 to 15 inches in length and 5 to 8 inches wide. The small compact size makes it a good choice for growing in containers or small garden areas. And the abundant flowers make it an attractive plant to grow.
